October in the Studio

October included tests and a drop off of waxes for a commission. A photo shoot for the glassworks, some plaster research and drawing for the calendar.

When I have ideas or when i'm thinking around an object I can look bored or slightly annoyed from the outside but believe me, there is a dance of excitement on the inside!

I've tried Botanical impressions in mini sizes this Spring.

I wear SUK dungarees and trousers to the studio everyday. I love having a posey pocket!

A water dragon, sculpted for fun (I may have been procrastinating around a harder task).

Is this the most painted pumpkin? I let the October drawing challenge INKTOBER slide away at around day 19, but I continued to paint the pumpkin.
