March in the Studio

Updated: 2 days ago

Once again, I can mix up plaster as my finger has healed, so back to casting. I have spent hours folding paper. Glass has been pressed, glass has cracked and not cracked. I continue to make samples with size, glass and folding. Different results suggest options and paths to pursue.

In between testing, I have made more magnets, mentored Graduate in Residence Raymond

Huynh in the process of making blow moulds and spent time with visitors looking around Canberra. I've prepped work for another project, applying stencils and sandblasting over 30 sheets of glass. And we got a new Sofa! I love reading and relaxing after a week in the studio.

Canberra is green! We have had some decent dumps of rain, and our Garden is convinced of Spring not Autumn. Everything is blooming and the bees are estatic.
