The Everlasting

I will always pick up a title by Alix E Harrow. I loved The Ten Thousand Doors of January and enjoyed Starling House.

The Everlasting is a story about stories - what can be gained with a good tale? A kingdom could be won, a legend could be created, and time could be defeated if the story was written well. The Everlasting tells you a story only to pull it out from under you just as you get settled. A lyrical, Groundhog Day Knights tale wrapped around a love story and a creative villain.

I enjoyed the reading of it.
