The Canberra Glassworks' team is cleaning 3 chandeliers at the Italian Embassy Residency. As far as we know, this is the first time they have been cleaned since the installation in the late Nineteen seventies.

Hundreds of Murano glass tubes make up the chandeliers. Each tube needs to be labelled, taken down, washed, dried and hung back up.

I've been on site for seven days so far. The staff greet us with an espresso in the morning, and it is a delight to work in a beautiful building filled with beautiful things.
